My latest podcast has a twist. My editor, Kelly Irving, who I have been working with over the past 10 years, took the opportunity to interview me. Kelly is the person that gets to see all my initial ideas and writing before anyone else. She lets me know if what I want to say is good or if it is absolute crap. We have a rule that whatever happens in the first draft, stays in the first draft …well I have that rule.
