In my latest podcast, I had a wonderful conversation about authentic leadership with the fearless Holly Ransom.
Born in 1990, Holly has had an impressive and productive career to date. A globally renowned keynote speaker, Holly is also the chief executive of Emergent, a consultancy which specialises in marketing to millennials.
Well-known for her commentary on intergenerational economic and social challenges, she has featured on ABC’s ‘Q&A’, Channel 7 News and Channel 10’s ‘The Project’. She is also a popular contributor to a number of leading publications including The Australian Financial Review and the Huffington Post.
Our conversation covers what inspired Holly to want to make a difference. She discusses her natural curiosity since an early age and how this led to being vocal about youth involvement and representation in society. Holly also speaks about career highlights such as her facilitation of a gender forum alongside Billy Jean King at the Australian Open and how this led to the opportunity to interview the 44th President of the United States, Barack Obama. Sit back and have a listen as Holly shares what she loves outside of work – sport, cooking and song choices at karaoke.
