Recently I had the pleasure of interviewing Tony Johnson, the CEO of EY. I had the opportunity to work with Tony earlier this year and instantly admired his leadership style. As a result, I thought he was a perfect candidate to be part of my Authentic Leadership Podcast Series.
Tony was appointed EY’s Oceania Managing Partner and CEO in January 2015. He is responsible for setting the strategy for the firm across the Oceania region. Tony is focused on building a culture that supports EY’s values and delivers exceptional service to their clients.
In this podcast you will hear Tony’s views on Authentic Leadership. Amongst other things, you will also find out his most embarrassing moment in business. As you listen, you will discover the one thing he does as a CEO, that in my experience, is extremely rare but can have such a positive impact.
To listen to my previous podcasts, subscribe to my series on iTunes or access them via Soundcloud. I would also love to hear your suggestions for CEOs that live and breathe Authentic Leadership. Contact us if you have someone in mind that we can invite to be part of the Authentic Leadership Podcast.
