A few years ago, I produced an online program on how to use stories for more successful job interviews. To accompany the program, I wrote a book called Storytelling for Job Interviews: How to use stories, nail an interview and land your dream job.
Considering how unusual 2020 has been and that many people have lost their jobs, I have decided to give the PDF version of this book away for free. Even if you don’t have the need for it, you may have colleagues, friends or family members that will find it of value.
The book explores the four types of stories you should use in job interviews to build trust, credibility and engage with your future employer. It also includes a five step process to prepare for job interviews. You have less than 60 minutes to make an impression in a job interview, so don’t waste time stating all the boring facts from your resume.
You will find the PDF version here and feel free to forward it to anyone else that you think might find it useful.
