What gives me the greatest satisfaction from my work?

Nothing gives me greater satisfaction from my work than seeing a participant implement what they have learnt immediately.

This happened a few weeks ago when I conducted a two-day Thought Leadership Intensive program in Auckland with the team from Spark Health. They have adopted Thought Leadership as part of their B2B strategy.

Putting what you have learnt into action

It was a few days later that one of the participants, Ben Walker, took all the learning we covered and wrote a well thought out article on motivation. He then posted it on LinkedIn. The article had everything including models, metaphors, data, research and stories. You can check out his article here.

Besides motivation, Ben is also passionate about digital transformation. He plans to use the tools he learnt in the training to help him flesh out his ideas to benefit both his peers and clients.

This is a brilliant example of putting what you have learnt into action.

Thought Leadership Intensive

If you would like to learn how to develop your ideas so you can communicate them in a more effective way, then check out my only Thought Leadership Public Program for 2022. This is a two-day, face-to-face event in Melbourne on the 12th and 13th December. You can find out more and register here. Currently there are only eight spots remaining for this program.

Alternatively, if you are interested in exploring how Thought Leadership may play a critical part in your company’s B2B strategy then contact us to set up a time to discuss a tailored in-house program.
