One of the reasons I wrote my latest book, Magnetic Stories, came from watching organisations try to implement brand storytelling without engaging their employees or connecting with customers. These organisations were left wondering why they did not see any tangible results. As a result, I wanted to map out a process that would lead to success when putting brand storytelling into practise.
