I have been involved in my fair share of induction programs over my career. This is both as a participant and as a facilitator designing and delivering them. From experience, I think the ingredient that is critical to success in any induction program is the use of stories.

In a previous post I shared the power of the Nordstrom tyre story which is a great example of a story that every single employee should know about the moment they start working for the company.
